High tenacity nylon bonded sewing threads - continuous filament.

Thanks to the bonding resin impregnation the structure is extremely compact. Filaments are welded together preventing thread untwisting and opening during sewing and cutting. Performances in every sewing condition, very high speed and very difficult materials, reach the top level, improved by the double special lubrication, granting no needle overheating and melting of the thread. Can be used on all sewing machines particularly on high speed or authomatic and computer operated units, mostly for high resistance seams in extreme conditions and problematic materials, bar tacking, multidirectional seams, zig-zag and two or multi-needle. The obtainable seam resistance, elasticity and duration are the maximum for a synthetic sewing thread, also for heavy duty applications.
